AI-Driven Automation

Operational Examples

Staff should take the action that requires them. The systems should already know why. These are three cases where gathering, reconciling, and assembling the work was taking the day — and the action was waiting.

Follow-up after delivery

The Prep Work was Crowding Out the Real Work

For a client where follow-up calls were needed after a confirmed delivery, the staff were spending time gathering information about the action that was needed, rather than simply taking the action. We identified the information needed, automated the retrieval from the various systems, and presented it cleanly to the staff who needed it. Nearly 90% of each case is now automated, and the client has metrics and reporting on productivity.

Intelligently Sorting Data

Excel was Filling Software Gaps

A client needed to track thousands of devices, and when found to be idle, they needed to disable the associated 5G Cell service to cut expenses. They started with a report from one cloud-based silo, found the rows that needed action, took those actions and reported to another cloud-based silo. Since they kept notes within Excel spreadsheet, every new download meant matching and merging in data, and never in real-time.

We designed a system that tracks the devices in real-time via API, brings only the important information to the surface, and presents the action items to the staff including all the context needed to be successful. Metrics and reporting are now visible to management and 80% of the labor was reduced and re-allocated.

Idle Devices Tracker: a current call queue, the active device with idle age and signal history, and queue metrics.

Manual report preparation → automated nightly reporting

Automatically Helpful Reports

For a client where someone had to gather operational data, calculate, assemble a report, remember to send it, and distribute it, that person was the nightly process.

We scheduled the collection, the statistics, and the email. The report arrives overnight, including the exceptions that need follow-up. Staff start the morning with the numbers and the outliers, not with building the packet.

The Midnight Report: an automated daily operations brief with sales, shipments, activations, contacts, and productivity.
